4 c Zuccini (Diced)
1 1/2 c Bisquick
1/2 c Parmesian Cheese Shredded
5 Large Eggs
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 c Veg Oil
1 Small Onion (Chopped)
1/4 c Parsley (Chopped)
2 Tbsp Sweet Basil
Preparation
Steps:
Preheat oven to 425F degrees
Chop all ingredients
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Bake 45 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes
