About the Recipe

This is a quick healthy meal for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 4 c Zuccini (Diced)

  • 1 1/2 c Bisquick

  • 1/2 c Parmesian Cheese Shredded

  • 5 Large Eggs

  • 1 Clove Garlic

  • 1/4 c Veg Oil

  • 1 Small Onion (Chopped)

  • 1/4 c Parsley (Chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Basil

Preparation

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees

  2. Chop all ingredients

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  4. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish

  5. Bake 45 minutes

  6. Let stand 10 minutes

  7. Serve
